Meat is sold as a flat rate price of $6.75 per lb for fresh cuts. An electronic deposit is taken to reserve your order and then the remainder of the balance is due upon pick up/delivery.
Side of Pig: 1 hind(rear)and 1 fore(front) quarter.
Familiar Forequarter Cuts: Boston Butt, Picnic Ham, Ribchops, Spareribs, Pork Belly, Fore Hock, trotter, ground pork, Backfat, Skin, and Bones.
Familiar Hind Quarter Cuts: Loin Chops, Tenderloin, Sirloin Roast, Pork Belly, Ham, Ham Hock, Trotter, Ground Pork, and Bones.
Pig orders are taken weekly and filled the following week. Salting and preserving of your meat can be done as well for an additional $3 per lb. For example, we can take your order of pig and turn it into bacon, proscuitto, coppa etc! Special cuts are happily accepted upon request. Please call for details.
