In the first half of the class you'll learn about the anatomy of the animal and how it all comes apart into the cuts you're familiar and unfamiliar with! This will help you to be more informed for cooking and preparation. Getting into the second half of class, you will sink a knife into a chicken to get some hands on butchering experience! For those of you who learn by doing, this will be a unique and informative experience! We will have meaty appetizers in the beginning and a light dinner during class to keep you fed and happy!
