Easter is coming up and we've got you covered with this hand salted and cold smoked ham.  This is brined with salt, sugar, black pepper and some bay leaves. Then we cold smoke it for 5-6 hours. These are all skin on hams so you can try your hand at finishing off the ham with some delicious crackling!
