In this class we will butcher the belly subprimal of a pig and turn it into the famous pancetta that we have all come to know. You will walk away with a happy heart and a slab of pancetta seasoned to however you would like! some Nice meaty treats to begin as well as tasty Sausages for dinner as well!
Items to Bring for class: Not required, but suggested.
1. Beer or wine to enjoy during class.
2. Quart mason jar or similar sized jar. Lid Optional*
3. Roasting pan that is a minimum 6″x10″ Lid Optional*
