The options for purchasing pork are as follows:
Half of a Pig (90-110lbs)
Fore(front) Quarter (45-55lbs)
Hind(back) Quarter (45-55lbs)
Side of Pig: 1 hind(rear)and 1 fore(front) quarter.
Familiar Forequarter Cuts: Boston Butt, Picnic Ham, Ribchops, Spareribs, Pork Belly, Fore Hock, trotter, ground pork, Backfat, Skin, and Bones.
Familiar Hind Quarter Cuts: Loin Chops, Tenderloin, Sirloin Roast, Pork Belly, Ham, Ham Hock, Trotter, Ground Pork, and Bones.
Pig orders are taken weekly and filled the following week. Fresh Pork Sausages can be made with your meat as well for an additional $3 per lb.
Salted & Preserved Meat can be done for an additional $7 per lb. For example, we can take your order of pig and turn it into bacon, Prosciutto, coppa etc!
Meat is sold as a flat price of $9 per lb for fresh cuts. An electronic deposit is taken to reserve your order and then the remainder of the balance is due upon pick up/delivery.
Special cuts are happily accepted upon request. Please call for details.
