Welcome to a butcher's life...

This is what every old Italian grandmother has in her pantry for making pasta carbonara! This cured meat is elusive in the U.S. but you will find it here in this class! You will take home guanciale that you make! 

*We have a COVID friendly setup with 3 large tables spaced out to accommodate class attendees for safely distanced learning.  We will also have some light appetizers when you show up and then dinner midway through class. 

Items to Bring for Class: Not required, but suggested.

1. Beer or wine to enjoy during class if youd like.
