COME CUT UP A PIG'S HEAD!

This is what every old Italian grandmother has in her pantry for making pasta carbonara! This hunk of meat is elusive in the U.S. but you will take home you very own Guanciale' that you season yourself! 

 We will also have some light appetizers when you show up and then dinner midway through class. 

Items to Bring for Class: Not required, but suggested.

1. Beer or wine to enjoy during class if you'd like.
