As we go through the first half of the lamb, you will learn how it all comes apart. The second half, you will sink a knife into the lamb and get some hands-on butchering time. This will be a rare and life changing experience! You will go home with meat for your larder and a renewed enthusiasm about lamb and all its deliciousness. Meaty appetizers and sausage sandwiches for dinner will be provided.
