This is what you make carbonara with! This hunk of meat is elusive in the U.S. but in this class you will take home your very own Guanciale that you season yourself! 

We will have some meaty apps to begin & a light meal midway through class. Complimentary house wine, beer and alcoholic bevs. We also have specialty wine for purchase provided by Albariza.

You can cancel or reschedule your class without penalty if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled class date. Cancellations within 7 days of the class can only be transferrable to another person; we unfortunately cannot offer refunds at that time.
