YOUR SAUSAGE CLUB IS HERE.

Produced in extremely limited quantities, these unique sausages are only available for members of the Club.

What’s included:

6-8 links(2-2.5lbs)of sausage each month
2 recipes each month for the sausage
A brief history of it's inception of the sausage
Your very own Pickup Party on the last Friday from 4-8pm of every month during “Butcher’s Burger”

$10 Burger for Club Members
Samples of the featured sausage, hot off the grill to enjoy

How does it work?

Step 1: Purchase your Sausage Club

Step 2: Plan to come on the last Friday of the month to pick up your sausage and enjoy a freshly ground burger off our wood fired grill! If pick-up timing doesn’t work for you, stop in during shop hours (Thurs.- Sat. 1pm -6:30pm) or email us to set up a time at info@proletariatbutchery.com

Step 3: Indulge in delicious sausage at home until the next pick up!

Haven't tasted our handmade sausage yet to know how freakin' good they are??? Stop by the shop on the during the Pick Up party from 4-8pm to taste some complimentary sausage samples.
