Proletariat Butchery classes are open to absolutely all skill levels. Whether you have never picked up a knife or you are an amateur butcher, classes will provide a fun and eye-opening evening!
Class participants are encouraged to bring beer or wine to enjoy while we cut and talk about the intricacies of meat, cooking and butchery. Understanding animal anatomy and where each cut of meat comes from on the animal directly informs the preferred cooking method. You will walk away with a bounty of meat and a happy heart. Vegetarians are especially encouraged to attend!
