What you get:

  • Hands on butchering, knife skills with the pros

  • Opportunity to learn more about your meat and ask all the questions you want

  • Includes meaty appetizers to start and a light meal mid class (think sausage sandwiches). However, the Steak Carving class is a substantial, multi course steak dinner or lunch depending on timing.

  • House wine, beer, & n/a all included. We also have other wines for purchase provided by our wine shop, Albariza.

  • Complimentary fresh meat to take home included for all classes except the Ribeye Class. Ribeyes available for sale. All meat is chamber sealed in a commercial vacuum sealer and individually labeled & dated.

  • Scheduling is flexible, AM or PM.

  • $2,000 is our pricing for Sausage Making, Bacon Makin' and Guanciale Making. Other classes - Pig, Lamb, Ribeye - require additional pricing.

*** Cancelation Policy***
You can cancel or reschedule your class without penalty if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled class date. Cancellations within 7 days of the class can only be transferrable to another date; we unfortunately cannot offer refunds at that time.
