 Meat is sold as a flat price for fresh cuts. An electronic deposit of $200 is taken to reserve your order and then the remainder of the balance is due upon pick up.

Front Quarter Cuts: Neck Roast, Square Shoulder Roast, Shoulder Steaks, Rack of Lamb, Shank, Lamb Belly & Ground Lamb.

Fresh Sausage: Additional $5 per lb
