$10 per lb.
Meat is sold as a flat price for fresh cuts. An electronic deposit of $500 is taken to reserve your order and then the remainder of the balance is due upon pick up/delivery.
Familiar Fore Quarter Cuts: Boston Butt, Picnic Butt, Rib Chops, Spareribs, Pork Belly, Fore Hock, trotter, ground pork, and Bones.
Familiar Hind Quarter Cuts: Loin Chops, Tenderloin, Sirloin Roast, Sirloin Steaks, Pork Belly, Leg Steaks, Fresh Hock, Trotter, Ground Pork, and Bones.
Pig orders will take 1-2 weeks to fulfill
Fresh Pork Sausages can be made with your meat as well for an additional $5 per lb.
Salted & Preserved Meat can be done for an additional $10 per lb.
For example, we can take your order of pig and turn it into bacon, Prosciutto, coppa, salami etc!
