 Half of a Pig (90-100lbs)

$8 per lb.

 Meat is sold as a flat price for fresh cuts. An electronic deposit of $500 is taken to reserve your order and the remaining balance is due upon pick up.

 Hind Quarter Cuts: Loin Chops, Tenderloin, Sirloin Roast, Sirloin Steaks, Pork Belly, Leg Steaks, Fresh Hock, Trotter, Ground Pork, and Bone Broth.

Front Quarter Cuts: Boston Butt, Picnic Butt, Rib Chops, Spareribs, Pork Belly, Fresh Hock, Trotter, Ground Pork, & Bone Broth.

 Pig orders will take 5-8 days to fulfill

Sausages & Bacon: additional $2 per lb
       For Example: Chorizo, Breakfast, Sweet Italian, Smoked Kielbasa


Cured Meat: an additional $8 per lb
         For Example: Prosciutto, Pancetta & Salami
