 Meat is sold as a flat price for fresh cuts. An electronic deposit of $300 is taken to reserve your order and then the remainder of the balance is due upon pick up.

Front Quarter Cuts: Boston Butt, Picnic Butt, Rib Chops, Spareribs, Pork Belly, Hock, Trotter, Ground Pork, & Bone Broth.

Sausages & Bacon: Additional $2 per lb
       For Example: Chorizo, Breakfast, Sweet Italian, Smoked Kielbasa

Cured Meat: Additional $8 per lb
         For Example: Prosciutto, Pancetta & Salami
